1917 Buffalo All-Stars season
The 1917 Buffalo All-Stars season was their third season in existence. The team played in the New York Pro Football League and would go on to post a 5-5-2 record. Three of the losses came at the hands of either Ohio League and/or future National Football League teams from outside the state of New York.
The team would be discontinued after the 1917, replaced by the Buffalo Niagaras in 1918 and playing only city opponents due to the strains of World War I and the Spanish flu pandemic.
